What is the Isophit 30inThirty program?
The Isophit 30inThirty workout protocol is a progressive isometric strength training program that is safe, effective, and highly efficient. It is informed by 30 years of research and world-class expertise on muscle activation techniques
During each workout, you do a total of 30 exercises—10 exercises for your core, 10 exercises for your lower body, and 10 exercises for your upper body.
Each exercise lasts for a duration of 45 seconds. The goal during each 45-second workout block is to try as hard as you can, or in other words to generate as much force as possible. In 30 minutes, you exert maximum force and get maximum impact from 30 isometric holds.
There are 15 programs, each of which gets progressively more challenging than the previous.
Why is isometric training one of the best exercise methodologies for all people?
Isometric training is a form of exercise that allows you to recruit muscle fibers and exert tension without actually lengthening or shortening the muscle. In other words, your muscles engage without changing size. This is one of the safest forms of exercise, which is why you will frequently see isometric exercises like glute bridges, planks, and wall sits added to PT programs for people recovering from injuries.
